Fun & educational baby & toddler classes
With weekly themes and a wide choice of activities linked to the Early Years Curriculum, you can expect fun and learning opportunities in equal measure. To ensure your little one's needs are appropriately met, all sessions are tailored by age group. So, whether your child is a tiny baby or soon to start school, Pickle & Pea Play has something to offer!
About our age group-specific sessions:
Baby sessions
Aimed at babies aged 0 - 18 months, these sessions begin with singing, parachute play and instruments then move on to free play with messy play trays, sensory tent and physical area (and much more!) to aid your baby's development. We close our baby sessions with songs, bubbles and sensory lights. Your little one will love it!
Toddler sessions
Aimed at children approximately 18 months to 4 years old, our toddler sessions consist of singing, instruments and parachute games to start, followed by free play time with a range of activities and learning opportunities including messy play, crafts and a construction zone. We end these sessions with a snack, story and bubbles. So much fun and educational too!

When and where
Pickle and Pea Play classes run in Bedfordshire, currently on Mondays and Fridays. We'd love to welcome you and your child – just book the session(s) that suit you.

We went to our first Pickle & Pea playgroup today and it was such a lovely session! Chloe’s interaction with the children was fantastic and you can tell she has a brilliant understanding of the Early Years.
How much?
Pickle and Pea Play sessions can be booked on a session-by-session basis from just £7 per session. Or, if you want to secure your space (and the effort of booking each week!), you can pay for a whole half-term in one go.
